help please...

Just a quick little survey for those of you who have a daughter(s) between the ages of 7 and 10. What are you getting her for Christmas? I am having the hardest time trying to figure out what to get Kristin for Christmas. She's almost 8. She's too old for little girl toys and dolls but not old enough for "big girl" or tween stuff. Any suggestions? I've gotten a few things but am still short.

    This is a hard age (Lexi only asked for a baby sister for Christmas so I really had to work hard on figuring out what to get her)... thankfully, she is still loving her American Girl Dolls so she is getting a few items for her dolls, a pottery wheel, clothes, books, and if I give in, those frogs from Learning Express - that she always asks to get when we are in the store. Hope that helps!

    This is delayed and probably unhelpful (I'm still having issues pulling up your blog? Using hubby's iPhone right now). Mollee is 10 and likes pet shop, barbie, etc but to get her a big girl gift we got her an Old Navy gift card. Therefore no complaints about what she buys, I can't say too expensive, etc. We'll see how it goes!?
